3. How we use personal data and legal bases

We use personal data to:

  • Process your requests for pre-purchase vehicle inspection and buying help;
  • Communicate with you about your request, schedule, and service deliverables;
  • Respond to inquiries and support you during and after the requested service.

For distance service contracts, we provide consumer-facing information, including claim-handling procedure, as required by Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers”, Article 13.

We also provide accurate, verifiable consumer information about the service and provider, as required by Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers”, Article 15.
