• Lead/contact submission details: details about the vehicle and your request for inspection/buying help.
• Communication records: messages and correspondence you send us.

If you provide personal data of third parties, you ensure you have their permission to share it with us.

3. How we use personal data and legal bases

We use personal data to:

• Process your requests for pre-purchase vehicle inspection and buying help;
• Communicate with you about your request, schedule, and service deliverables;
• Respond to inquiries and support you during and after the requested service.

Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data on the legal grounds applicable in Ukraine, including where you consent to processing for the relevant purposes. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (see Section 7).

If we process personal data through cookie-based analytics/ads or other tracking, we will obtain lawful consent where required and provide relevant notice before such processing. This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Personal Data”, Article 2.

If you submit a lead/contact form for an electronic offer/contract flow, we will also provide pre-contract information as required for distance/electronic contract structures under the applicable Ukrainian consumer and electronic commerce rules.

4. Complaints and claim handling

To ensure that consumer remedies and dispute-handling obligations for distance services can be met, you may submit complaints/claims (претензії) using the contact details in Section 1. We will review and respond in accordance with the applicable procedure. For distance service contracts, we provide consumer-facing information, including claim-handling procedure, as required by Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers”, Article 13.

We also provide accurate, verifiable consumer information about the service and provider, as required by Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumers”, Article 15.

5. Sharing of personal data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share personal data with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, to support communications or operational tasks) only to the extent necessary to deliver our services and under confidentiality obligations.
