These Terms of Service govern your use of quantixanalyticsh.com and your booking/requests for a service that provides a visual/mechanical assessment within stated limits. By using the site or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of the service and limitations

  • The service consists of a visual and/or mechanical assessment of the requested object within the stated scope.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, we do not provide a guaranteed outcome, certification, or a legally binding expert conclusion.
  • Assessment results reflect what is observed/checked during the agreed process; they may not cover hidden defects or risks that require disassembly, specialized diagnostics, or access not provided to us.

2. Booking, access, and use of the service

  • You must provide accurate information required to perform the assessment (including relevant context and access instructions).
  • When scheduling, please confirm the appointment time and ensure the object is accessible at the agreed time.
  • We may refuse or stop service if safety risks arise or information provided is clearly inaccurate or misleading.

3. Provider information and pre-contract disclosures (distance services)

For distance (including online) service contracts, before concluding the contract we disclose consumer-facing information, including the provider’s identity/location and the claim-handling procedure, as well as essential terms required by law. We also provide accurate and verifiable consumer information about the service and the provider. Reference: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 15.

If we offer an electronic contract/offer process on the site, the offer and provider information are presented in a format intended to support the legal structure of electronic contracts and the required pre-contract information. Reference: Закон України "Про електронну комерцію".

4. Complaints and claims (претензії)

You can submit complaints/claims so that consumer remedy and dispute-handling obligations for distance contracts can be met. Reference: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 13.

  • Our assessment is limited to what is provided and observed within the stated scope; this does not guarantee the absence of defects or future performance.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
